Creamy Kransky Pasta

It has been awhile since my last post due to our long overdue family travel. I am now refreshed, fully recharged and although I am still adjusting to our routine after 4 weeks away from home and get pampered from our family back home , I think I am ready to share some of our family simple meal recipes in this blog.

As busy parents, I am sure you all have something handy to cook in your household. We also have, and pasta is being most wanted meal in our home. The possibility of cooking with pasta is endless. Creamy, garlicky, tomatoey, all depending on what’s in our fridge.

This time, we make creamy pasta version as a simple dinner to celebrate Chinese New Year. Hope it can inspire and try out the recipe 🙂
